Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website. It does not cover the games we license to operators — those run inside our partners' platforms, and what happens to a player's data there is governed by that operator's own policy.
Before publishing: replace
[LEGAL ENTITY],[REGISTERED ADDRESS]and[DPO CONTACT]below with the details of the operating company, and have the result reviewed by counsel in your jurisdiction. This document is a starting draft written to describe how the site actually behaves, not legal advice.
Who we are
This site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. We supply casino game content to licensed operators. We do not operate a casino, do not hold player accounts, and do not accept bets.
What this site collects
Nothing you do not send us. This site is a static set of pages. There is no account system, no comment form, no analytics cookie, and no tracking pixel. We do not set cookies.
If you contact us by email or Telegram, we hold that conversation and whatever you chose to put in it — typically a name, a company, a work email address and what you want to build. We keep it for as long as the commercial relationship, or the possibility of one, is live.
Our web server records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for operational and security purposes. These are retained for 30 days and are not linked to anything else.
What our game integration collects
This is the part operators usually want in writing.
When a licensed operator runs our games, their platform sends us an opaque player identifier that the operator generates. Against that identifier we store round data: the game, currency, stake, outcome, timestamps, and the seeds that make the round verifiable.
We do not receive and do not store any information that identifies a natural person — no names, dates of birth, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, payment details or wallet addresses. There is no field in the integration to carry them.
Where an operator is a data controller for their players, we act as a processor for the round data described above, under the terms of the agreement between us.
Legal basis
For commercial correspondence: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
For server logs: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
Sharing
We do not sell data and we do not share correspondence with third parties for marketing. We use infrastructure providers to host this site and our services; they process data on our instructions only. We disclose information where we are legally required to.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests go to [DPO CONTACT] and we answer within 30 days.
Because we hold no identity data from the game integration, a request about a player's gameplay has to go to the operator whose platform they played on. We cannot identify a player from an opaque identifier, and we will say so.
Changes
We update this page when the described behaviour changes, and the date at the top of the page moves with it. Material changes to how we handle operator data are communicated directly to affected partners rather than only posted here.
